JioStar has announced the launch of JAMS: AI Filmmakers Meetup, a new initiative aimed at bringing together filmmakers, creators and storytellers to explore the growing role of artificial intelligence in content creation.
The announcement was made through today’s JioStar’s official LinkedIn page. The company said the meetup series will provide a platform for creators to discover how AI is transforming filmmaking, exchange ideas with industry peers and learn about the latest AI-powered creative tools.
According to the post, the meetups will be held across four cities this month Chennai July 18, Bengaluru July 19, Hyderabad July 25 and Mumbai July 26.JioStar has invited filmmakers, content creators and AI enthusiasts to register for the sessions, with participation available on a limited seat basis.
The initiative is part of JAMS (JioStar GenAI Media Studio), the company’s AI native platform designed to support content creation and storytelling using generative AI. JioStar introduced JAMS earlier this year as part of its broader strategy to integrate artificial intelligence into media production and enhance creative workflows.
A check of JioStar’s official newsroom indicates that the company has not issued a separate formal press release for the AI Filmmakers Meetup series. The announcement has been made through its official LinkedIn channel, highlighting the company’s continued focus on building an AI-first creative ecosystem for filmmakers and storytellers.
