Kashyap, Motwane-backed short ‘Incognito’ to debut on a YouTube channel

Filmmakers Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane are set to present ‘Incognito’, a psychological thriller short film that will release on ‘Oh Flip Shorts’, a new YouTube channel dedicated to short films.

According to a PTI report, the film is directed by Ravi Muppa and will stream on the shorts exclusive YouTube platform backed by producer Ranjan Singh. The channel has been curated by Kashyap.

‘Incognito’ stars Vikram Singh, Ayushi Nema and Dev Chauhan in lead roles. The story follows a cash strapped motel receptionist who secretly earns money by recording guests through hidden cameras.

His life takes a dramatic turn when he captures footage of a young woman who is at risk of being trafficked. Faced with a difficult choice, he must decide whether to help save her or protect himself.

The short film explores themes of morality, fear and survival through a psychological thriller narrative. ‘Incognito’ will premiere on ‘Oh Flip Shorts’, which aims to showcase original short-form storytelling.
