The Aavishkar Media Group, founded and nurtured by the visionary Dr. A.K. Rastogi, is all set to host the XIIᵗʰ BCS Ratna Award 2026 on August 5 in New Delhi.

The Award, originally conceptualised to honour individuals, companies and organizations for their outstanding work and contribution to the country’s broadcasting sector, now, under Dr. Rastogi’s leadership, has expanded to include other segments of the bustling $30 billion Indian media and entertainment sector, especially the booming digital sector.

The event will be attended by broadcasters, media professionals, industry thought-leaders, policymakers, content creators and technology experts from across the country.

It will also provide an opportunity for networking, sharing ideas and discussing the future of India’s media and entertainment industry.

Members of Parliament Sasmit Patra (Rajya Sabha) and Manoj Tiwari (Lok Sabha) will be the Chief Guests, while Dr. Deepali Sharma, Advisor (B&CS) at TRAI, will grace the event as a Special Guest.
