The XIIᵗʰ BCS Ratna Award 2026 was successfully held in New Delhi yesterday, bringing together leading personalities from India’s broadcasting, cable & satellite, OTT, digital media, entertainment, and technology sectors.
The prestigious event celebrated excellence by recognising outstanding individuals, organisations, and companies for their remarkable contributions to the industry’s growth.
Organised by Aavishkar Media Group under the leadership of Dr. A.K. Rastogi, the XIIᵗʰ BCS Ratna Award 2026 honoured excellence across broadcasting, content creation, digital innovation, technology, leadership, customer service, and media excellence. The event once again served as a platform to acknowledge outstanding achievements while promoting innovation and collaboration across the industry.
The prestigious ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble Chief Guests Sasmit Patra, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), and Vijay Goel, Vice Chairman, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti. The event was further honoured by the presence of Dr. Deepali Sharma, Advisor (Broadcasting & Cable Services), TRAI, as the Special Guest. The event was also graced by Guest of Honour, former BJP Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Anil Agarwal, whose presence added to the significance of the ceremony.
The ceremony witnessed the participation of senior industry leaders, broadcasters, OTT platforms, technology companies, digital media professionals, content creators, policymakers, and other distinguished guests from across the country. Awards were presented across multiple categories, recognising excellence and innovation in broadcasting, cable & satellite, OTT, digital media, entertainment, and technology.
Beyond the award presentations, the event also served as an important networking platform where industry stakeholders exchanged ideas and discussed the future of India’s rapidly evolving media and broadcasting ecosystem.
