Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has announced the appointment of Rohit Suri as its new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective May 12, 2025. His appointment, approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on May 8, follows the recommendation of the company’s Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
In an official disclosure to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company confirmed that Suri will be designated as Senior Management Personnel, taking on a full-time leadership role within ZEEL.
Rohit Suri is a seasoned HR transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across the technology and entertainment sectors.
