YouTube Music, owned by Google, may soon allow users to create their radio stations.
Currently, it already lets users customize their current queue by familiarity, genre, mood, energy level and, more directly, from the Now Playing screen.
According to IANS, some YouTube Music users are seeing “Create a radio” in the main feed as a part of a limited rollout.
Following that, users will be able to “tune your music” like YouTube Music’s initial setup process.
Following their selections, YouTube Music will present them with three “Song selection” options: Familiar, Blend and Discover.
According to the report, “Filters” will include Popular, Deep cuts, New releases, Pump-up, Chill, Upbeat, Downbeat, and Focus.
In July, YouTube Music tested a new feature called Dynamic queue, which allowed users to receive queue and radio updates based on their listening habits.
