Marking a major milestone in Indo-German relations, TV9 Network has announced its first-ever global conference, the News9 Global Summit, set to take place from November 21 to 23, 2024, in Stuttgart, Germany.
As per a press release, the main focus on enhancing bilateral ties, the summit will convene industry leaders, politicians, and cultural influencers from both nations under the theme, ‘India-Germany: A Roadmap to Sustainable Growth.’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver the keynote address virtually, reinforcing India’s dedication to fostering global partnerships.
The summit, co-hosted by Bundesliga’s VfB Stuttgart and supported by Baden-Wurttemberg, will be held at Stuttgart’s MHP Arena, creating a unique blend of sports and diplomacy. Notable attendees include Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw and Jyotiraditya Scindia from India, alongside Baden-Wurttemberg’s Minister-President, Winfried Kretschmann.
TV9 Network CEO Barun Das highlighted the summit’s role as an expansion of its “What India Thinks Today” initiative, emphasizing that Germany is just the first stop, with plans for summits in other nations. “This platform will facilitate India and Germany to address critical global issues, from sustainability to technology, and explore avenues for mutual investment and growth,” Das stated.
With support from partners such as AM Green, the News9 Global Summit promises impactful discussions on technology, climate solutions, and sustainable energy, furthering opportunities for Indo-German collaboration across diverse industries.
