In a bid to enhance its diverse content portfolio, Tata Play has unveiled ‘Tamil Classics,’ a premium destination for fans of Tamil cinema spanning the golden era from the 1950s to the 1990s.
This addition aims to bolster Tata Play’s Classic lineup, already catering to Hindi, Telugu, and English entertainment viewers.
Featuring iconic movies such as ‘Mangamma Sabatham,’ ‘Manvasanai,’ ‘Billa,’ and more, Tamil Classics promises a nostalgic journey through the rich history of Kollywood.
The curated selection includes films from legendary actors like Rajnikanth, MGR, and Sivaji Ganesan, and showcases the early works of acclaimed artists like Revathi. The programming spans decades, offering titles from heartthrobs of the ’50s and ’60s to mega stars of the ’80s.
