‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’, starring Tom Holland and Zendaya, has crossed the $2 billion mark at the global box office. The film has earned a total of $2.022 billion worldwide.
According to a PTI report from Los Angeles today, the film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and was released on July 31. Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, while Zendaya plays Michelle Jones-Watson. Jacob Batalon plays Ned Leeds, while Krondon plays Tombstone and Sadie Sink plays Jean Grey.
The film’s worldwide collection has reached $2.022 billion, according to The Hollywood Reporter. In India, the film has crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the box office and has emerged as the highest-grossing Hollywood film in the country.
‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ has also moved ahead of Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ and ‘Obsession’, which have earned over Rs 100 crore at the Indian box office.
The film’s strong performance at the global and Indian box office has made it one of the biggest Hollywood successes of the year.
