The iconic Ramsay Brothers, known for their unforgettable horror films of the 90s, are back, bringing a new wave of fear with their latest project, ‘Bandh Darwaze Ke Peeche.’
The series, produced by Sagar Ramsay, promises to showcase a fresh take on psychological horror, blending classic elements with a modern twist.
The Ramsay Brothers, the masterminds behind cult horror classics like ‘Veerana,’ ‘Purani Haveli,’ ‘Tahkhana,’ and‘Hotel,’ left a lasting impact on the horror genre in Indian cinema. Although they had stepped away from the limelight, they are now set to make a return, but this time on a new platform: streaming television, IANS reported.
Speaking about the new series, Sagar Ramsay expressed his excitement: “Our series is a fresh script that delves deep into the unexplored realms of psychological horror. The series takes a bold new direction, blending modern storytelling with intense, spine-chilling moments guaranteed to take the audience on a rollercoaster joy ride.”

The show aims to explore dark, hidden secrets and supernatural phenomena, wrapped in a gripping storyline that is both unpredictable and relatable. Sagar emphasized that the script’s innovative approach sets it apart, positioning the series as a distinctive addition to the horror genre.
‘Bandh Darwaze Ke Peeche‘ will be exclusively streaming on ALTT, a popular platform known for its diverse content. Sagar expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “Our association with ALTT has been incredibly collaborative and creatively fulfilling. Their support has allowed us to push the boundaries of horror storytelling, ensuring that the series reaches a wider and more diverse audience.”
