India’s premier integrated digital platforms company NXTDIGITAL Limited, the media vertical of the Hinduja Group, has appointed Anil Kumar Malik as Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations to lead the digital television business.
The company made this announcement via a LinkedIn post, saying Malik, a veteran of the media industry, has joined the company.
NXTDigital has a wide presence in the media landscape, including digital cable, satellite (HITS), broadband, content syndication, and teleshopping.
Malik will be responsible for the sales function of the digital video business, focusing on the streamlining of the country for the changing paradigm.
He has previously worked with the Hindustan Times for more than a decade and comes with a wealth of media and entertainment experience.
He has also worked with The Indian Express Group, Times of India, and Rajasthan Patrika.
Malik has served as the Country Director – India in the mobile video content space for a mobile content aggregation platform, and was the National Business Head for OneIndia Alliance.
