Gaming and esports company NODWIN Gaming has reported consolidated revenue of Rs 658 crore for FY26, registering a 25 per cent organic year-on-year growth while also achieving EBITDA profitability as the company sharpens its focus on long-term expansion and IPO readiness.
According to a company press release, NODWIN Gaming posted an EBITDA profit of Rs 21 crore in FY26, compared to an EBITDA loss of Rs 14 crore in the previous fiscal. The turnaround was driven by a strategic restructuring of its portfolio, including the de-consolidation of loss-making subsidiary Freaks4U, alongside strong performances across its live entertainment, content, and intellectual property-led businesses.
The company said it has continued evolving its business around two key verticals — Live and Content. While the live business includes esports tournaments, festivals, conventions, and brand activations, the content arm focuses on broadcast, scripted, and digital programming. NODWIN said this model has helped create a flywheel effect where content builds fandom and engagement, which further drives monetisation opportunities through partnerships, commerce, and live experiences.
Over the past year, the company significantly expanded its footprint across youth entertainment and gaming culture in India and international markets. NODWIN’s flagship music and youth culture property NH7 Weekender returned with a sold-out edition in Pune after being repositioned as the “Festival of India”. Comic Con India also witnessed rapid expansion, growing from eight cities to eleven cities, including new editions in Kochi, Guwahati, Gurugram, and Jaipur.
Globally, the company strengthened its esports and entertainment presence through initiatives such as Swahili Esports Champions 2026 in Uganda and Live Matters Hong Kong 2026. It was also appointed as India’s official National Team Partner for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup 2026, where it will manage and mobilise the Indian contingent participating in the competition.
NODWIN Gaming also expanded its partnerships during FY26 through projects such as MLMS in collaboration with MOBA Legends, OMEN activations at CES 2026, and the execution of PUBG Mobile Club Open Eastern Europe 2026. Its investment in StarLadder further contributed to the successful execution of the Counter-Strike Major in Budapest.
As part of its IPO preparedness strategy, the company has continued strengthening leadership and institutional capabilities with the appointments of Manish Agarwal, Arnd Benninghoff, and Sidharth Kedia. NODWIN also confirmed that it is currently in discussions with strategic and financial investors to support future growth and expansion plans.
Operationally, the company focused heavily on efficiency improvements during the year, including disciplined workforce planning and the deployment of over ten AI-led workflow tools across finance, HR, legal, sales, and production functions.
Commenting on the performance, Akshat Rathee said FY26 marked an important milestone year for the company as it prepares for global scaling and a potential IPO. He added that NODWIN remains focused on building a global youth entertainment company rooted in emerging markets, community engagement, and scalable cultural IPs.
With a growing international footprint and expanding portfolio of owned IPs, NODWIN Gaming continues to position itself at the intersection of gaming, esports, creators, live entertainment, and digital youth culture.
