Netflix has unveiled the trailer of ‘Glory’, a gritty drama that blends revenge, ambition, and a murder mystery set against the high-stakes world of Indian boxing.
The series, which will stream on Netflix, is created by Karan Anshuman and Karmanya Ahuja, and explores a narrative where the boxing ring becomes a battleground not just for sport, but for personal conflict, buried secrets, and emotional reckoning. Each round moves the story closer to uncovering the truth, while raising the stakes for its characters.
Featuring a strong ensemble cast, ‘Glory’ stars Divyenndu, Pulkit Samrat, Suvinder Vicky, Jannat Zubair, Ashutosh Rana, Sikandar Kher, Sayani Gupta, Yashpal Sharma, Kashmira Pardeshi and Kunal Thakur.
In a first-of-its-kind promotional move, Netflix brought the world of the series to life with a live boxing face-off between Pulkit Samrat and professional boxer Neeraj Goyat, blurring the line between fiction and reality and offering audiences an immersive glimpse into the show’s intense universe.
At the centre of ‘Glory’ is a fractured family forced to confront its past. Raghubir Singh, played by Suvinder Vicky, is a driven boxing coach obsessed with Olympic success, struggling to hold together a legacy threatened by strained relationships. His sons Dev (Divyenndu) and Ravi (Pulkit Samrat) return to Shaktigarh to investigate the brutal assault on their sister Gudiya (Jannat Zubair) and the mysterious death of a rising boxing star, Nihal Singh.
As the narrative unfolds, the series expands into a layered world where multiple characters carry their own motives and stakes. Sikandar Kher’s Kookie Gulati casts a looming presence over Shaktigarh, while Ashutosh Rana’s Viju Sanghwan fuels the competitive tension. Sayani Gupta’s Joyna investigates Nihal’s death, gradually uncovering deeper connections, as Kashmira Pardeshi’s Bharti emerges as a sharp and unpredictable force within the story.
Tanya Bami, Director, Series, India at Netflix, said the show aims to push the boundaries of the sports drama genre by combining intense emotional storytelling with a suspense-driven narrative. She noted that the series explores the meaning of ambition, legacy, truth, and revenge when they collide under extreme pressure.
Karan Anshuman described ‘Glory’ as a story about the pursuit of Olympic gold and the darker consequences that can surround such ambition. Karmanya Ahuja added that in the series, boxing acts as a language through which characters express a range of emotions—from grief and love to rage and silence.
Produced by Mohit Shah and Karan Anshuman under the Atomic Films banner, the series is written by Anshuman, Ahuja, and Vaibhav Vishal, and directed by Anshuman along with Kanishk Varma.
‘Glory’ is set to premiere on Netflix on May 1, promising a mix of sport, suspense, and emotionally charged storytelling.
