Kevin Bacon is making a devilish comeback in Prime Video’s new supernatural drama ‘The Bondsman’, with all eight episodes dropping April 3, 2025, in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
According to a press note, produced by Blumhouse Television, the series offers a twisted take on the classic bounty hunter trope, blending the paranormal with redemption and a splash of country music.
Bacon stars as Hub Halloran, a tough-as-nails bounty hunter who meets an untimely death—only to be resurrected by the Devil himself. Tasked with hunting down rogue demons that have escaped Hell’s prison, Hub is forced to confront his own dark past. Along the way, he grapples with his estranged family and his shot at redemption, all while navigating his love for country music.
The star-studded cast includes: Jennifer Nettles (The Righteous Gemstones, The Exorcist); Damon Herriman (Once Upon a Time In Hollywood, Justified); Beth Grant (No Country for Old Men, Donnie Darko); Maxwell Jenkins (Arcadian, Lost in Space),and Jolene Purdy (The White Lotus, Orange is the New Black).
The Bondsman is produced by Blumhouse Television in collaboration with Marker 96 and CrimeThink Production Company.
