The concurrent viewership on JioCinema reached 2.4 crores during the final over of the match’s second innings. Chennai won by innings and eight runs. JioCinema has been airing IPL matches for free for all fans.

On a daily basis, the streaming software adds millions of fresh spectators to the IPL.
During the final match of the 2019 season, the highest viewership on Disney Hotstar was 1.86 crore.
The free streaming of the TATA IPL 2023 by JioCinema for all Indian viewers has led to a record-breaking number of views. Furthermore, JioCinema has the largest ever number of apps installed.
In terms of sponsorships and advertisers, JioCinema has well outpaced the IPL’s TV rights holder. The streaming app has secured 23 major sponsors for the tournament, as well as most of the country’s prominent brands as advertisements.
