CleverTap, a client retention platform based in the United States, has introduced ‘Scribe,’ an OpenAI-integrated content creator assistant. The new feature will be available to consumers in April (no specific date has been set).
According to the firm, the AI content function may develop campaign creatives, analyze emotions, and rewrite them with a certain feeling that may resonate with the brands’ users.
Jacob Joseph, Vice President of Data Science at CleverTap, said, “Studies show that marketers only have two seconds in the digital realm to capture users’ attention.” This provides marketers with a very short window in which to engage their audience by tapping into the correct emotions, and AI helps brands to create these customized campaigns. These developments in AI will usher marketers into the next frontier and restore the ‘tech’ in MarTech.”
Furthermore, the company stated that Scribe will read the emotions of the messages and choose the ideal alternative that consumers are more likely to engage with.
Brands may use the technology to automatically identify the tone of their messaging.
Marketers can use Scribe to harness user interaction data based on emotion analysis to create hyper-personalized content that is consistent with the brand while also resonating with the user, according to the business.
Scribe is presently available by invitation only to CleverTap Enterprise customers.
