Building on the success of its inaugural edition, Goafest 2024 is gearing up to host the highly anticipated ‘Advertising Rocks’ event, showcasing the musical talents of India’s Advertising, Media, and Marketing community.
This initiative offers a unique platform for solo performers to shine, inviting them to submit their entries and vie for the chance to perform live at South Asia’s premier creative festival, the company said in a press release.
Featuring two solo categories – Indian and International – Advertising Rocks 2024 promises a diverse showcase of musical prowess. Four shortlisted performers from each category will have the exclusive opportunity to showcase their talents before a distinguished jury and audience at Goafest in Mumbai.
Winners will be determined through a combination of jury evaluation and live voting, ensuring an electrifying competition.

Mohit Joshi, CEO of Havas Media Network India and Co-chair of Goafest 2024, expressed his excitement for the event, stating, “Advertising Rocks is back to celebrate the musical talents of our fraternity. As a music enthusiast myself, I eagerly anticipate witnessing the exceptional performances this year. It promises to be an unforgettable showcase of talent.”

Subhash Kamath, Former CEO of BBH and curator of Advertising Rocks, echoed Joshi’s sentiments, emphasizing the importance of providing a platform for industry musical talents. “There’s so much musical talent in our industry. They deserve a platform to perform, and Goafest is the perfect place for it,” he remarked.
The deadline for submitting entries for Advertising Rocks is May 15, 2024. Solo performers from the Advertising, Media, and Marketing fraternity are invited to showcase their musical abilities and vie for the coveted title.
