Microblogging site Twitter is rolling out a new feature for Android users. The users will now be able to search their Direct Messages (DMs) easily on the app.
This feature will give relief to those who are not able to find any of their old conversations on Twitter.
Once the feature will strike the user’s device, they won’t have to scroll through all the DMs to find any particular chat.
In the Blogspot, Twitter said, “We’ve brought the DM search bar to Android and are rolling out an improved version that lets you search for all of your old convos, not just the most recent ones.”
The DM feature was first made available for iOS users in 2019 whereas after 2 long years of waiting the Twitter bring this feature for Android users.
Twitter has also announced on its platform that it will soon let users search for specific content in DMs. Where the times when the users want to search for a specific chat and they can only find it by typing in the words they remember.
The micro-blogging site is saying that it is working on this feature and it will be rolled out later this year.
Recently, Twitter opened its Spaces feature to all users who have at least 600 followers which allow hosting stream voice chats with other Twitter users.
