ABP Network has partnered with the Robin Hood Army (RHA) for #MissionSankalp78, a nationwide initiative aimed at empowering underserved communities and transforming public spaces to mark India’s 78th Independence Day.
The media network said the mission will unite citizens, corporates, and media partners to create lasting change. The campaign aims to reach 78 lakh citizens while revamping 78 public spaces into centres of culture, learning, and hope. Across rural areas and underserved urban neighbourhoods, RHA’s three lakh volunteers, known as “Robins”, will distribute meals, rations, and essentials to those most in need, ensuring nourishment and dignity for millions.
Alongside food distribution, the mission will see volunteers revitalising parks, libraries, playgrounds, and heritage sites, as well as setting up skill development centres and safe learning spaces for children — turning neglected spaces into thriving community hubs, the network said in a press release.
ABP Network has long supported RHA’s grassroots work, amplifying its campaigns and mobilising public sentiment through its extensive media reach. This collaboration has enabled RHA to expand its presence in high-need communities while inspiring citizens across the country to contribute.
With #MissionSankalp78, the two organisations continue to work towards a vision of an inclusive India where every citizen has access to dignity, opportunity, and a sense of belonging.
