The much-anticipated trailer for the fourth season of the acclaimed legal drama series ‘Criminal Justice’ has been unveiled, marking the return of Pankaj Tripathi as the astute lawyer Madhav Mishra. Titled ‘Criminal Justice: A Family Matter,’ the new season is set to premiere on JioHotstar on May 29, 2025.
According to an ANI report, the trailer introduces a gripping narrative where Madhav Mishra takes on a complex murder case involving Dr. Raj Nagpal, portrayed by Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend. Surveen Chawla plays Anju Nagpal, who seeks Madhav’s legal expertise to defend her brother. The ensemble cast also includes Asha Negi, Khushboo Atre, Barkha Singh, Aatm Prakash Mishra, Mita Vashisht, and Shweta Basu Prasad in pivotal roles.
Pankaj Tripathi shared his insights on the new season, stating, “This season of ‘Criminal Justice’ is more than just a return to the courtroom for Madhav Mishra — it is an intense battle of minds, and he is facing two of his fiercest opponents yet, fighting on a case that is multifaceted.
