Prime Video has just dropped a wild and unexpected promo for its upcoming dramedy ‘Dupahiya’, featuring an epic crossover with the ‘OG Roadies’ judges Raghu, Rajiv, and Rannvijay.
In a chaotic audition gone wrong, Banwari Jha (Gajraj Rao), Amavas (Bhuvan Arora), and Bhugol (Sparsh Srivastava) bring absolute mayhem as they unknowingly crash a reality show audition in their desperate attempt to win back a stolen motorbike.
Dressed in bizarre, self-proclaimed “audition-worthy” outfits, the trio walks into the audition room with nothing but misplaced confidence. What follows is pure comedy gold—
Banwari Jha, lost in translation, declares his profession as “Looking for Dupahiya”, leaving Raghu and Rajiv baffled.
Bhugol, convinced it’s a dance audition, breaks into a ridiculously dramatic performance. Amavas, battling unstoppable hiccups, slyly steals Rannvijay’s watch mid-audition, sparking a chaotic chase across the set!
If you thought Roadies auditions were extreme, ‘Dupahiya’ takes it up a notch with its riotous humor and unpredictable twists!
Set in a small town, ‘Dupahiya’ blends quirky characters, razor-sharp humor, and small-town charm into a nine-episode rollercoaster ride. Created and executive-produced by Salona Bains Joshi and Shubh Shivdasani (Bombay Film Cartel) and directed by Sonam Nair, the series is penned by Avinash Dwivedi and Chirag Garg.
The show boasts a stellar cast, including Gajraj Rao, Renuka Shahane, Bhuvan Arora, Sparsh Shrivastava, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Yashpal Sharma.
‘Dupahiya’ is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 7, 2025, in India and across 240+ countries and territories worldwide. Don’t miss this madcap adventure filled with laughs, action, and the most unexpected Roadies crossover ever!
