Travelxp is set to premiere its latest travel series, ‘Costa Rica Calling’ on July 13 at 8 pm. This 10-episode series will take viewers on an immersive journey through Costa Rica, guided by Genevieve Sexton, a spirited young American traveller.
Following the success of ‘Viajar Mexico’ and ‘Viajar Peru,’ ‘Costa Rica Calling’ continues Travelxp’s tradition of in-depth storytelling and cultural exploration in South America. Genevieve Sexton’s engaging personality and enthusiasm bring the vibrant culture of Costa Rica to life.
Throughout the series, Sexton connects with locals, explores coffee plantations, learns Latin American dance, dives into pristine waters, and experiences the local soccer culture. Her adventures showcase the diverse and rich identity of Costa Rica, embodying the ‘pura vida’ philosophy of living life to the fullest.
“Costa Rica is home to one of the world’s blue zones, embodying the ‘pura vida’ philosophy, where life is lived with extraordinary vitality and longevity. This essence has captivated our imagination for years,” said Kamakhya Narayan Singh, Creative Director at Travelxp.
“Costa Rica Calling isn’t just a travel show; it’s our endeavour, to authentically capture this nation’s soul. It also aligns with Travelxp’s expansion in the Latin American region,” Singh added.
As part of the show’s promotion, an on-air contest will be open to viewers across India on both TV and OTT platforms. Contest winners will receive exclusive handcrafted hampers from Costa Rica.
