ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has announced the appointment of R. Over the past six years, he has also served as the Chairman of the Board, providing consistent leadership and policy guidance during a transformative phase for the company.
A seasoned bureaucrat and former IAS officer, Gopalan brings with him over four decades of experience spanning finance, commerce, public administration, and policy-making. He has held key roles in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, where he played a pivotal part in India’s trade and economic negotiations at the World Trade Organization.
