Sony LIV expands into Malayalam with ‘Jai Mahendran’, an explosive political drama, after presenting critically acclaimed originals in Tamil and Telugu.
The show follows the lives of Mahendran, a manipulative officer who believes in powerplay and uses his influence inside the system to get things done. However, his freedom within the company is curtailed, and his ideas are called into question as he becomes a victim of the same powerplay.
He intends to disrupt an entire system to his advantage to keep his job and repair his reputation. Will Mahendran be able to carry out his master plan?
The show is directed by Srikanth Mohan and is written, produced, and directed by National and State Award-winning director Rahul Riji Nair. Saiju Kurup, Suhasini, Miya, Suresh Krishna, Maniyanpilla Raju, Balachandran Chullikad, Vishnu Govindan, Sidhartha Siva, and Rahul Riji Nair play significant roles in the show.
It promises pleasant enjoyment for fans with its unique narrative and excellent ensemble.
