NXTDIGITAL, a prominent division of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd. (HGS) specializing in digital television, broadband, and enterprise services, has announced the appointment of Jaydeep Sampat as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
With over three decades of experience in the communications industry, Sampat brings a wealth of expertise to NXTDIGITAL. He previously served as CTO at Tikona Infinet Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw the establishment of multi-site operations and managed PAN India IT infrastructure. Sampat has also been integral to technology teams at notable firms like Sify, Hughes Tele.com, and Rolta.
In his new role, Sampat will lead the technology functions across NXTDIGITAL’s diverse services, including broadband, digital television, and enterprise solutions. His responsibilities will include leveraging cutting-edge technologies to introduce new products and enhance existing solutions, while collaborating with the company’s extensive pan-India franchisee network.
Vynsley Fernandes, Whole-time Director at HGS and head of the media group, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “Jaydeep’s extensive experience in technology and his proven track record with both retail and enterprise customers align perfectly with our vision for the future.
