The beloved Gujarati comedy series, ‘Goti Soda,’ returned for its fifth season yesterday on ShemarooMe after a massive success of previous seasons.
According to a press release from the company, season five promises to bring even more laughs with two entertaining storylines. The first follows Ayush, whose life hilariously unravels after discovering from his sister that he is adopted, leading to a series of comedic adventures. In another plot, Pappu cancels a family resort trip to participate in a donation drive and stage ‘Mughal-e-Azam’. He finds a director for free, but the director’s mounting demands drive up production costs. As the tension rises, Pappu’s clever plan to outwit the director results in unforgettable funny moments.
The show features a star-studded cast, including Sanjay Goradia, Prarthi Dholakia and Pratham Bhatt, and is directed by Divyes Pathak. Packed with fresh humour and inventive twists, this season elevates the series to new heights, the statement added.
Goradia, the lead actor and producer, expressed his excitement for the new season and said, “We’re beyond thrilled to bring ‘Goti Soda’ back for Season 5. The love and response we received for the previous seasons were incredible, and we knew we had to make this season even better. The new season is sure to provide an exhilarating and humorous experience that both longtime fans and new audiences will enjoy.”
With its unique blend of humour and emotion, ‘Goti Soda‘ S5 aims to elevate the entertainment quotient further, offering fans a rich tapestry of comedy and drama.
