NODWIN Gaming has announced that DreamHack India 2025, the country’s biggest digital festival, will return to Hyderabad this year as part of Hyderabad Comic Con 2025.
The mega three-day celebration is set to run from October 31 to November 2, bringing together gaming, esports, comics, cosplay, and fandom culture under one roof.
According to a NODWIN Gaming press release, the event marks the 6th anniversary of DreamHack India, which has now become a fixture on the country’s gaming and esports calendar. Known for its electrifying LAN tournaments, tech expos, cosplay showcases, retro gaming zones, and meet & greets with top creators, the festival will once again feature its iconic Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) zone.
This experience allows fans to bring their PCs, consoles, or mobiles and game together across three days, or rent high-performance PCs on-site for instant access to the action.
This year’s edition promises an expanded lineup with open-for-all BGMI competitions at PAN FEST, DreamHack’s legendary KO Fight Night featuring Tekken 8, Super Smash Bros, and Street Fighter VI, alongside competitive chess in Rapid and Blitz formats. Attendees can also look forward to retro classics like Pac-Man and Tetris, alongside casual board game favourites such as Monopoly, Carrom, and Ludo.
“Over the past six years, our partnership with DreamHack has built some of India’s most iconic gaming moments, and blending it with Comic Con has created a one-of-a-kind celebration where gaming meets pop culture. This October, we’re coming back bigger and bolder than ever,” said Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director, NODWIN Gaming.
Echoing the sentiment, Shefali Johnson, CEO of Comic Con India, added, “What makes Hyderabad Comic Con truly magical is how it brings every kind of fan together. Last year, over 40,000 fans celebrated this fusion of creativity and competition, and this year, by joining forces with DreamHack once again, we’re taking that spirit to the next level.”
Comic Con India has long been the definitive destination for pop culture in the country, with festivals across five major cities. With DreamHack returning as its showstopper, Hyderabad fans can expect three action-packed days of esports battles, cosplay parades, comic book launches, music, comedy, and much more.
Tickets for DreamHack x Hyderabad Comic Con 2025 are now available on the District App as well as the official DreamHack and Comic Con India websites.
