Star Gold is set to bring the World Television Premiere of ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ this Sunday, March 15, at 8 pm, promising an evening packed with laughter, quirky characters and high-energy comedy. The film sees Ajay Devgn return as the lovable Jassi in a larger-than-life entertainer designed as a perfect family watch.
The film blends humour, chaos and vibrant storytelling, making it an engaging weekend offering for television audiences. Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, the story follows Jassi as he travels to Scotland hoping to put his personal life in order, only to find himself caught in a series of unexpected and hilarious situations.
The narrative takes a comedic turn when Jassi steps in to help a young woman, Saba, marry the man she loves. In doing so, he attempts one of the most outrageous bluffs of his life. What follows is a chain of misunderstandings, mistaken identities and chaotic circumstances that only Jassi can navigate, resulting in a rollercoaster of comedy and confusion.
Speaking about the television premiere, Ajay Devgn said Jassi’s journey this time is filled with chaos, confusion and plenty of madness set against the backdrop of Scotland. He added that the character continues to carry heart, humour and unmistakable Punjabi swagger, and that families across the country are likely to enjoy the film when it premieres on television.
A spokesperson from JioStar noted that the company’s focus has always been on delivering compelling entertainment experiences to audiences across India. With its humour, colourful characters and engaging storytelling, the spokesperson said, Son of Sardaar 2 is well-suited for a weekend family viewing experience, and the network is delighted to bring its World TV Premiere to viewers.
With laughter, chaos and Punjabi swag at its core, ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ will make its World Television Premiere on March 15 at 8 pm exclusively on Star Gold, offering audiences a light-hearted entertainer to enjoy with family.
