NxtDigital consolidated revenues up 5% in Q1 FY23

NXTDIGITAL said on Tuesday it has maintained its performance in the first quarter of the current fiscal of 2022-23 with consolidated revenue going up by five percent year-on-year to Rs 279.1 crore, while EBIDTA stood at Rs 54.1 crores, a growth of 6 percent YOY.

Amazing and grim battle for survival. Guess it will end up in Supreme Court. All that NCLT asked Zee to do was to file a reply to Invesco petition for a EGM. Now this is getting too serious. So far Invesco has been hammered for demanding an EGM. What is Zee upto? Ofcourse my lawyer community knows better!
