Amazon MX Player has unveiled the teaser of its upcoming youth drama ‘Aukaat Ke Bahar’, marking the acting debut of viral digital creator and internet personality Elvish Yadav.
The series, set in an elite Delhi college, dives into themes of identity, ambition and the messy emotional landscape of young adulthood through the story of Rajveer Ahlawat, a 19-year-old from Safidon, Haryana, whose life shifts after a single defining moment alters how the world perceives him.
According to an IANS report, the teaser opens with a powerful shot of Rajveer in full boxing gear, portraying him as someone accustomed to facing challenges head-on.
The visuals then transition to a wide shot of him standing alone on a sprawling college campus, symbolising a world he is both entering and preparing to conquer. From there, viewers are taken into the heart of his new reality—buzzing hostel corridors, campus rivalries, biting humour, and high-paced boxing sequences that shape the pulse of the narrative.
As the teaser unfolds, glimpses of Rajveer’s struggles emerge, revealing an environment built on hierarchy, privilege and unspoken expectations. Among the quick flashes lies a moment of humiliation that drives him toward a reckless choice, setting the stage for a story where pride, desire and consequence collide. The tone hints at a raw, emotionally charged drama that mirrors the complexities of today’s youth.
The series also features Nikhil Vijay, Hetal Gada and Malhaar Rathod in key roles. With its mix of fresh talent, strong youthful energy and a grounded North Indian setting, ‘Aukaat Ke Bahar’ adds a contemporary flavour to the growing slate of Indian college dramas on OTT platforms.
Elvish Yadav, known for his bold roast-style content and a massive online following, rose to wider fame after winning ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ as a wildcard contestant in 2023. His transition to acting is expected to draw strong interest from his fan base as well as viewers curious to see him take on a scripted role for the first time.
‘Aukaat Ke Bahar’ will soon stream exclusively on Amazon MX Player.
