Bollywood actor Ali Fazal is set to feature in the upcoming music video ‘Aaj Bhi 2’, a sequel to the original hit song ‘Aaj Bhi,’ performed by singer-composer Vishal Mishra. The romantic track garnered massive popularity with over 150 million views on YouTube, and the duo is now back to continue the emotional journey, IANS reported.
Speaking about the project, Ali shared, “The first chapter of Aaj Bhi holds a special place in my heart. Seeing how deeply people connected with it was overwhelming. I can’t wait for everyone to experience the next chapter of this beautiful journey.”
Ali believes that there is a significant demand for romantic songs in India, and this sequel fits perfectly into that space.
Earlier this month, Ali Fazal returned to work after a brief paternity leave. The actor, who recently became a father, expressed his joy at balancing family and career. Ali and his wife, actress Richa Chadha, welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on July 16, and announced the news to their fans on social media two days later.
Ali shared, “I have resumed work and am shuffling between sets and home, spending time with my family. I’m glad I’m getting to juggle these responsibilities.”
Alongside the music video, Ali has a packed schedule with several upcoming projects. He will be seen in the films ‘Lahore 1947’ with Sunny Deol, directed by Mani Ratnam, and ‘Thug Life’. Additionally, Ali has roles in ‘Rakht Bramhand,’ ‘Metro In Dino,’ and the Hollywood film ‘Afghan Dreamers.’
Fans are eagerly awaiting both his music video appearance and his exciting slate of films.
