In a recent social media revelation, acclaimed actor Fahadh Faasil has ignited excitement among movie enthusiasts by confirming the nationwide theatrical release of his highly anticipated Malayalam film, ‘Aavesham,’ on April 11, 2024.
Known for his compelling performances in hits like ‘Take Off,’ ‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum,’ ‘Malik,’ and ‘Joji,’ Faasil shared this thrilling news with his followers via Facebook.
The film, set against the backdrop of Bangalore, is helmed by director Jithu Madhavan, acclaimed for his work on ‘Romancham.’, PTI reported from Mumbai.
Faasil will portray the character of a local gangster, promising an engaging and immersive narrative within the vibrant urban landscape.
‘Aavesham’ is reported to share the same cinematic universe as ‘Romancham,’ adding an intriguing layer for fans familiar with Madhavan’s previous work.
Produced under Anwar Rasheed Entertainments, the movie is co-produced by Faasil’s wife, Nazriya Nazim, through their company Fahadh Faasil and Friends.
In addition to “Aavesham,” Fahadh Faasil is set to grace the big screen in “Pushpa: The Rule,” the much-anticipated sequel to the 2021 blockbuster “Pushpa: The Rise,” starring Allu Arjun. Faasil has also joined the stellar cast of megastar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film “Vettaiyan,” sharing screen space with icons like Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, and Manju Warrier.
