Collective Artists Network has announced the induction of Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership, marking a key moment as the company gears up for its next phase of growth and sharpens its long-term leadership structure.
According to an Economic Times report, the move reflects Collective’s intent to back leaders who have grown within the organisation and played a central role in shaping its evolution as a media and entertainment network spanning content, culture and technology.
Commenting on the new inductions, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said that as the company scales, building leadership with long-term thinking and ownership becomes critical. He noted that Janahavi, Sanjana and Rahul have each contributed significantly to Collective’s journey, and their inclusion in the partnership recognises both their impact so far and the direction the company is headed in.
The three new partners join an existing partnership group that includes Sudeep Subash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev and Dhruv Chitgopekar, who have collectively played a key role in shaping Collective’s scale, culture and strategic direction over the years.
Janahavi Rawal, a long-standing leader at Collective, will head the company’s talent management charter, focusing on strengthening systems and teams that support artists as the organisation grows. Sanjana Jain has been elevated to partner to lead marketing and creative services across the company, while Rahul Regulapati will spearhead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio.
Sanjana Jain, Partner at Collective Artists Network and CEO of Collective Creative Labs, said her focus would be on preserving clarity as the company scales, building teams and processes that allow creativity to thrive while remaining solution-oriented for brands and partners. Janahavi Rawal highlighted the responsibility of balancing growth with trust in the representation business, ensuring both talent and teams continue to be supported meaningfully.
Rahul Regulapati, Partner at Collective Artists Network and CEO of Galleri5, said the partnership reflects a responsibility to build scalable technology infrastructure without losing creative intent, enabling new forms of storytelling while staying aligned with Collective’s culture and values.
With these inductions, Collective Artists Network is reinforcing its leadership bench as it continues to expand its footprint across media, entertainment and technology-driven solutions.
