Streaming mammoth Netflix has appointed Nanjappa Palekanda as Vice President of Experience and Operations.
Nanjappa having 2 decades of experience with Big companies like Infosys, Uber, and Google.
Nanjappa started his career with Infosys in 2003 as Software Engineer and presented in the role for two years. After this, he took the role of Associate Manager, Global Campus Recruitment and Relations.
After Infosys, Nanjappa joined Google and completed his longest more than 10 years serving the company in various roles, he took the role of HR Business Partner.
Earlier, he was the Senior Director, People business Operations, Uber where he was a member of the CHRO’s staff.
His expertise lies in HR Service Delivery, M&A, Risk & Compliance, and Portfolio Management for the People function.
On the appointment of Nanjappa as a Vice President, he said, “I am grateful for the incredible professionals and amazing well-wishers I have come across throughout my career – Infosys, Google, and Uber. I now head into an exciting new adventure at Netflix, with the same drive to work with amazing people.
