Swift TV, one of India’s fastest-growing Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) platforms, has announced a strategic partnership with Hoichoi, the leading destination for Bengali and Hindi entertainment. The collaboration will bring Hoichoi’s acclaimed originals, movies, and series to Swift TV audiences at no cost, strengthening the platform’s focus on regional storytelling and accessibility.
According to Swift TV, the move is expected to further expand Swift TV’s appeal among viewers in India and abroad, offering premium regional content free of charge—a first in the FAST ecosystem.
At the heart of the partnership lies a unique innovation: Hoichoi Live Channels, created exclusively for Swift TV. The Bengali channel will stream internationally (excluding India), while the Hindi channel will be available worldwide, including in India.
A spokesperson from Swift TV said,“We’re thrilled to bring Hoichoi’s exceptional content to our audiences. Our bespoke Hoichoi Live Channels set new benchmarks for free, high-quality regional entertainment.”
For Hoichoi, the alliance opens the doors to the FAST streaming model, taking its content beyond subscription-based audiences. It also reinforces the brand’s mission of celebrating and amplifying Bengali narratives on a global scale. With more than 800,000 downloads and over 130 live channels in 12+ languages, Swift TV continues to build its reputation as a premium FAST platform. The addition of Hoichoi strengthens a portfolio that already includes content from partners such as Viacom18, Zee, Pitaara, Republic TV, and Bloomberg Originals.
The partnership highlights the growing demand for regional-first, free digital entertainment and places Swift TV at the forefront of India’s evolving streaming landscape.
