Luxury real estate drama is back as ‘Million Dollar Listing India’ gears up for its second season, premiering September 22 exclusively on Sony LIV.
The Indian edition of the Emmy-nominated global franchise, produced by Banijay Asia and licensed by NBCUniversal Formats, promises an even bigger and bolder showcase of India’s most opulent homes, high-stakes negotiations, and the personalities who define the country’s elite property market.
In its debut season, the show spotlighted luxury listings worth Rs.255 crore, giving audiences a rare look at India’s booming high-end real estate landscape. Season 2 now shifts focus to New Delhi, blending the grandeur of historic estates with the allure of modern luxury. From sprawling heritage properties to lavish penthouses, the series offers a front-row seat to multimillion-dollar deals where ambition, design, and drama collide.
The new season brings back realtors Hem Batra and Ankush Sayal, whose sharp negotiating skills made them audience favorites, while also introducing fresh faces Indu Dahiya, Kajal Bhalla, and dynamic siblings Ashima Aggarwal, who inject new ambition and perspective into the mix. Together, they navigate high-profile clients, intense rivalries, and properties where every square foot carries sky-high stakes.
The show also sees the return of premium brands aligning with its ethos of luxury and innovation. Kohler comes aboard as Presenting Sponsor, while Ozone and Vijay Sales join as Partner Sponsors, with Fabricare as the exclusive Décor Partner.
“Million Dollar Listing is not just a show; it’s a cultural moment,” said Ranjana Mangla, Head of Ad Sales Revenue, Sony LIV. “It resonates deeply with both affluent and aspirational audiences, reflecting a bold, ambitious India that celebrates design and identity. With Connected TV as the platform of choice for such households, this series is perfectly positioned to showcase the intricate details that define true luxury.”
Rishi Negi, Group COO, Banijay Asia & EndemolShine India, added, “Season 1 confirmed the audience’s appetite for high-stakes storytelling in India’s luxury real estate market. With Season 2, we elevate the narrative, spotlighting Delhi’s grandeur, introducing new talent, and raising the drama and ambition that define the franchise.”
With exclusive access to India’s most luxurious homes and the realtors behind the deals, ‘Million Dollar Listing India’ S2 is set to redefine how audiences view real estate entertainment. The new season streams September 22, only on Sony LIV.
