Prime Video has released a tantalizing glimpse into the much-anticipated third season of ‘Invincible’, the critically acclaimed adult-animated superhero series. Fans can expect the series to return with even more intense action, drama, and surprises as it introduces a new supervillain, Powerplex.
The first three episodes of ‘Invincible’ Season Three will debut exclusively on Prime Video on February 6, 2025, in over 240 countries and territories. Subsequent episodes will drop every Thursday until the season finale on March 13, 2025.
Based on the award-winning comic book series by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, ‘Invincible’ follows the journey of Mark Grayson, a teenager grappling with inheriting superpowers from his father, Omni-Man. The narrative delves into Mark’s struggles to protect Earth and his loved ones while confronting personal and ethical dilemmas.
The series has garnered widespread critical acclaim, including “Certified Fresh” rankings on Rotten Tomatoes for its first two seasons and the Golden Tomato Award for Best Animated Series in 2023.
Invincible boasts an all-star voice cast, including:
• Steven Yeun as Mark Grayson
• Sandra Oh as Debbie Grayson
• J.K. Simmons as Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man
• Seth Rogen, Zazie Beetz, Clancy Brown, Mark Hamill, and many more.
The series is co-produced by Skybound Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios. Executive producers include Robert Kirkman, Seth Rogen, David Alpert, and Evan Goldberg, ensuring a continuation of the show’s legacy of dynamic storytelling and high-quality animation.
Season Three promises to push the boundaries with its “craziest and bloodiest” installment yet, featuring Powerplex as the central antagonist. As Mark continues to come to terms with his dual identity, the stakes are higher than ever, testing his resilience and redefining his purpose as Earth’s protector.
With its compelling narrative, intense action sequences, and complex character arcs, ‘Invincible’ continues to raise the bar for animated superhero series, leaving fans eagerly awaiting its February return.
