Prime Video has announced a new series based on Patricia Cornwell’s best-selling crime novels, with Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis leading the cast.
Kidman will portray Kay Scarpetta, a top forensic pathologist, while Curtis will play her sister, Dorothy. The two-season series will be directed by David Gordon Green, with Kidman and Curtis also serving as executive producers, PTI reported.
The show’s ensemble includes Bobby Cannavale, Simon Baker, Ariana DeBose, Rosy McEwen, and Jake Cannavale. Kidman, fresh from her role in Netflix’s ‘The Perfect Couple’, will step into this crime drama, bringing Cornwell’s beloved character to life.
