The broadcaster Star Sports launched new show ‘Cricket Connected’ especially for the cricket fans which will be aired from today at 7 PM and 9 PM hosted by Mayanti Langer (English) & Jatin Sapru (Hindi). The first episode will be highlighted by international legends Kevin Pietersen, Scott Styris, Sanjay Manjrekar, Ashish Nehra and Harbhajan Singh who will put their thoughts on the current cricket scenario. Each episode will encourage fans to interact and engage with cricketers. The fans get an opportunity to ask their queries with #AskStar in the segments ‘AskStar’ and ‘Cricket Recreated’. The twitter handle @starsportsindia can be used to send the videos followed by hashtag #AskStar and #CricketConnected.
Another segment “Kids Connected” will involve the young fans inviting them to share home-made videos of them doing commentary tagging #KidsConnected. In an attempt to encourage this group of passionate fans to stay connected to the game of cricket, the best of these clips will be shown as part of the Kids Connected segment on “Cricket Connected”.
