News18 India has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Best Hindi News Channel of the Year’ award at the 12th BCS Ratna Award 2026, recognising its contribution to Hindi television news and its efforts in delivering news and information to audiences across the country.

The award ceremony was organised by Aavishkar Media Group, founded by Dr. A.K. Rastogi. The 12th BCS Ratna Award brought together prominent personalities and organisations from India’s broadcasting, television, digital media, OTT and entertainment sectors.
