As Prime completes a decade in India, Prime Video has announced an extensive entertainment line-up featuring more than 15 Indian and international titles ahead of Prime Day 2026, scheduled from July 4 to July 6.
According to a Prime Video press release, the curated slate brings together a mix of original series, post-theatrical blockbusters, and international films and shows across six languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, English, and Korean. The line-up is designed to offer viewers a wide range of genres, including crime thrillers, action dramas, romance, comedy, and reality entertainment.
Among the key Indian originals is ‘Raakh Season 1’, an investigative crime thriller starring Ali Fazal and Sonali Bendre. The slate also includes the much-awaited ‘Gram Chikitsalay Season 2’, comedy-drama ‘The Pyramid Scheme’, and ‘Alliance’, described as a first-of-its-kind daily reality series hosted by Kunal Kemmu. New episodes of ‘Alliance’ will be released daily at noon beginning June 26.
Prime Video is also bringing several major theatrical releases to its platform. These include Tamil fantasy action drama ‘Karuppu’, starring Suriya, Malayalam thriller ‘Drishyam 3’ featuring Mohanlal, and Hindi action thriller ‘Dacoit’, starring Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur, and Anurag Kashyap.
The international catalogue is equally diverse. Viewers can stream English-language titles such as ‘Every Year After Season 1’, ‘Your Fault London’, ‘Elle Season 1’, and horror franchise installment ‘Scream 7’. Korean drama fans can look forward to ‘See You at Work Tomorrow! Season 1’, which premiered on June 22.
The release calendar began on June 5 with ‘The Pyramid Scheme Season 1’ and ‘Dacoit’, followed by a steady rollout of films and series throughout June and early July. Other notable releases include ‘Ginny Weds Sunny 2’, Telugu title ‘Mareechika’, and ‘Isakapatnam Season 1’, which is scheduled to premiere on July 2.
Prime Video said the line-up reflects the breadth of storytelling that has helped the service build a strong audience in India over the past decade. By combining local originals, blockbuster films, and international content, the platform aims to cater to viewers with varied entertainment preferences.
Alongside the content announcement, Amazon India has also confirmed the return of Prime Day from July 4 to July 6. Prime members will gain access to shopping deals, product launches, entertainment benefits, and exclusive discounts across categories. To commemorate the 10th edition of Prime Day in India, Amazon is offering discounted Prime membership plans for new subscribers, making access to Prime Day benefits more affordable.
With a packed release schedule spanning multiple languages and genres, Prime Video is positioning its Prime Day countdown as one of its biggest entertainment showcases in India this year.
