Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has shared the company’s vision for the future of artificial intelligence (AI), saying that AI should help people connect, create, and achieve more in their daily lives.
In a post on his official Facebook account on July 23, Zuckerberg said Meta has always focused on giving people the power to share, connect, and shape their own experiences.
He added that as AI becomes a bigger part of everyday life, the company wants to ensure the technology benefits everyone.
According to Zuckerberg, Meta is working to provide AI tools that help people reach their full potential while making sure the advantages of AI are widely accessible, rather than being limited to a small group of users.
The post reflects Meta’s broader strategy of developing AI products that are designed to support creativity, communication, and productivity, with the goal of making advanced technology available to people around the world.
A video advertisement released by Meta says some people believe AI will make people less connected and leave many behind. But Meta opined it disagrees with such descriptions and the video goes on to say: “Call us optimists, call us dreamers. We’re betting on people.”
