WBD turns malls into cartoon wonderlands for summer

This summer, if you spot ‘Chhota Bheem’ high-fiving ‘Mr. Bean’ while ‘Ben 10’ breaks into a dance-off with ‘Tom & Jerry’ at your local mall—don’t rub your eyes. It’s not a fever dream. It’s Warner Bros. Discovery’s full-blown, high-energy, toon-fuelled summer extravaganza making malls across India the ultimate cartoon playgrounds.

Warner Bros. Discovery announced its ambitious 10-city mall activation tour uniting ‘Pogo’, ‘Cartoon Network’, and ‘Discovery Kids’ under one giant animated umbrella. Launched in May and continuing through June, the event is a dream come true for Indian kids—turning shopping malls in metros like Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru and non-metro cities like Aurangabad, Kottayam, and Ahmednagar into hot zones of cartoon chaos.

At the heart of the madness are themed experience zones. POGO’s ‘India Ke Superheroes’ brings desi icons like Little Singham, ‘Chhota Bheem’, and Chhutki to life. Cartoon Network’s ‘Jhatpat Action Khatpat Comedy’ zone hosts power-packed global stars like Ben 10, Teen Titans Go, Powerpuff Girls, and of course, the timeless duo Tom & Jerry. Discovery Kids’ ‘Katti Batti Dosti Pakki’ highlights the hilarious friendship between Titoo and Mr. Bean, promising moments of sheer mayhem and giggles.

But this isn’t just a photo-op. Each activation offers interactive games, art zones, dance battles, character meet-and-greets, and Instagram-worthy installations—immersing kids in the worlds they usually only see on screen. And for those who can’t make it to the malls? There’s plenty happening online too: digital challenges, UGC contests, and real-time updates keep the cartoon party going virtually, feeding kids’ imaginations and major FOMO alike.

Adding more fuel to the animated fire, WBD has lined up nearly 200 half-hours of brand-new content across its channels. Expect 22 fresh ‘Chhota Bheem’ episodes, the action-packed premiere of ‘Chhota Bheem’ in Samay Chakra, and superhero specials like Leo! Rise of Super Singham and Singhamverse Kaalverse 2. There’s no screen guilt here—just nonstop adventure, across both on-ground and on-air platforms.

And in a special birthday shoutout, ‘Chhota Bheem’ turns 17 this May. Warner Bros. Discovery is celebrating with crossover events, Maha Blockbuster films, and weekly stunts—a tribute to the icon that’s been entertaining generations of Indian kids.

So, if your child vanishes at some point during these two months, don’t worry. Just follow the laughter, the cartoon theme music, and the squeals of joy—chances are they’re living their best animated life at the mall, dancing with their heroes and tooning out in style.
