A new Hindi web series, ‘Manushya’, streaming on Waves OTT, has been drawing strong audience appreciation for its humour-driven storytelling, engaging performances and culturally rooted narrative.

At its core, the story revolves around a righteous Rakshasni who descends to Dharti Lok with the mission of inspiring humans to become better “manushya”. The title track ‘Manushya’, along with ‘Har Har Bhole’, ‘Ram Ji Song’, ‘Hoon Pita’ and ‘Kuch Tum Kahoge’, are currently trending on Instagram, while the show’s sharp punchlines and situations have fuelled a growing meme culture online.
