NxtDigital CEO Vynsley Fernandes has been inducted in the Board of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGSL) as part of the transfer of the media and communications business to the latter.
Even as Fernandes moves to HGCL, he would continue to be
Chief Executive Officer of the media and communications division at HGSL, including the portfolio comprising digital television via satellite (HITS), cable to broadband, content syndication and teleshopping.
In line with this, he has stepped down from his roles and Board position at NXTDIGITAL Limited, a press release from the Hinduja group said.
New NDL will focus on the next phase of reorganisation with the intention of maximising value of its shareholders.
The latest moves follow the final sanction and approval from NCLT to transfer the media and communications business of NXTDIGITAL Limited to Hinduja Global Solutions Limited.
In line with this, Fernandes, Managing Director and CEO at NXTDIGITAL was inducted into the Board of HGSL as additional director.
Amar Chintopanth, whole-time director and Chief Financial Officer will continue to lead the top management of NDL under the guidance and leadership of the board of directors.
