Toonz Media Group and Gummybear International Inc. have named United Smile as the official global master toy licensee for the wildly popular franchise, Gummibär and Friends.
Under this partnership, United Smile will roll out a wide range of merchandise, from figurines and plush toys to themed playsets, aimed at millions of Gummibär fans worldwide. The toys are expected to hit shelves starting July 2024, promising to capture the essence of the beloved green gummy bear and his quirky friends, Toonz Media stated in a press release.
With over 30 billion views on YouTube and the global success of its two animated seasons, Gummibär and Friends has become a household name. Its viral hit, “I’m a Gummy Bear (The Gummy Bear Song)”, has earned Gold and Platinum certifications and was once the No.1 ringtone in the USA for an entire year.

The upcoming toy line will feature characters from the show, including Gummibär, the adventurous green gummy bear; Harry, a science-loving chameleon; Kala, a martial arts expert Cerval cat; and their colorful crew of friends and rivals.
With this licensing deal, fans can expect an expanded Gummibär universe, bringing the charm of the show from screens into their homes.
