A new studio image featuring Shreya Ghoshal and Jigar Saraiya has set off a fresh wave of speculation around the soundtrack of ‘Chand Mera Dil’, with fans closely watching for what could be the film’s next musical release.
The picture, which shows the two in a recording setup, has quickly gone viral, with keen-eyed viewers noting that the film’s title track is playing in the background—triggering guesses that a new song may already be in the works.
According to a press note, the development comes at a time when the film’s music is steadily building momentum among listeners. While there has been no official confirmation from the makers, the timing and setting of the image have been enough to spark widespread curiosity, particularly around the possibility of a Shreya Ghoshal-led track joining the album.
The soundtrack of ‘Chand Mera Dil’ has so far explored multiple emotional tones, from the warmth of its title track to the heartbreak of ‘Aitbaar’ and the breezy, feel-good vibe of Khasiyat. Each release has added a distinct layer to the film’s musical narrative, driven by the compositions of Sachin–Jigar and vocals by artists like Faheem Abdullah, Raghav Chaitanya and Jonita Gandhi.
Presented by Dharma Productions, the film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Somen Mishra and Marijke deSouza, and directed by Vivek Soni. ‘Chand Mera Dil’ is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on May 22.
