Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan on Tuesday announced his very own OTT app called SRK +.
He took to Instagram and Twitter where he posted his picture with the logo ‘SRK+’.
He captioned his post, “Kuch kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki duniya mein.” However, he did not reveal further details of this upcoming venture in the digital medium.
In a surprising turn of events, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who is known as the flagbearer of independent cinema, quote-tweeted SRK’s tweet and announced his collaboration with King Khan’s OTT platform. Kashyap tweeted: “Dream come true! Collaborating with @iamsrk on his new OTT app, SRK+”.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan shared the news on his Twitter handle and congratulated Shah Rukh on this new venture. Salman wrote, “Aaj ki party teri taraf see @iamsrk. Congrats on your new OTT app, SRK+.”
On the work front, SRK’s ‘Pathaan’ has been locked for a January 25, 2023 release. The film will be released in three languages, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
