Fans of ‘Saiyaara’ have reason to celebrate as YRF Music has unveiled the Saiyaara Extended Album, featuring two brand-new songs and a set of sixteen original soundtrack instrumentals. The release comes on the heels of the film’s blockbuster success and overwhelming demand from audiences across the globe.
Starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, the Mohit Suri-directed romantic drama has become the highest-grossing love story in Indian cinema, cementing the lead duo as Gen Z’s newest heartthrobs. Produced by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani, Saiyaara has struck a chord not just with its poignant story but also with its universally acclaimed music, which has broken multiple records, IANS reported.
Responding to fan requests, the extended album now includes ‘Barbaad – Rock Version’ and ‘Saath Tu Chal Humsafar’, alongside sixteen instrumental pieces that bring the film’s cinematic soundscape to life. Together with the previously released seven tracks, the collection aims to preserve the magic of the year’s most celebrated love story. The extended album is now available on all leading music streaming platforms.
The original soundtrack had already become a chartbuster with numbers like the ‘Saiyaara’ title track, ‘Barbaad’, ‘Tum Ho Toh’, ‘Humsafar’, ‘Dhun’, ‘Saiyaara Reprise’ (Female) and ‘Barbaad Reprise’ (Female). The addition of new tracks and instrumentals, YRF Music said, marks a milestone moment in its musical journey and ensures that Saiyaara continues to resonate with audiences long after its theatrical run.
Adding to the excitement, ‘Saiyaara ‘ is set for its digital premiere on Netflix on September 12, 2025, bringing the film to an even wider audience. Released theatrically on July 18, the film received glowing reviews for its heartfelt performances, moving narrative, and visually rich storytelling.
At its core, Saiyaara tells the story of Krish Kapoor (Ahaan Panday), a passionate musician, and Vaani Batra (Aneet Padda), a shy poet. The two come together through art and music, healing old wounds and discovering love, only to face a devastating turn when Vaani is diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s. The emotional arc, coupled with its stirring music, has left an indelible mark on audiences, making Saiyaara one of the most memorable romantic dramas of the year.
