Indian esports organisation S8UL has announced Campa Energy, the flagship energy drink brand of Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL), as the Title Sponsor for its Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026 campaign. The partnership brings together one of India’s most prominent esports brands and a fast-growing youth-focused beverage brand as S8UL gears up for the world’s biggest esports competition.

According to a S8UL press release, the association comes at a significant moment for Indian esports, which continues to attract growing interest from mainstream brands and audiences. The collaboration is aimed at strengthening India’s presence on the global esports stage while supporting homegrown talent competing at the highest level of international competition.

S8UL has been selected for the Esports Foundation’s Club Partner Program for the second consecutive year and has launched its most extensive Esports World Cup campaign to date. The organisation is competing across 13 game titles and has already secured qualification spots in Fortnite, Honor of Kings, and Chess, while continuing its qualification journey in several other categories. The campaign also reflects S8UL’s commitment to promoting Indian players internationally by combining domestic talent with experienced global competitors.

As part of the partnership, Campa Energy branding will feature prominently across S8UL’s official team jerseys, digital content, fan engagement activities, city-based events and on-ground activations throughout the Esports World Cup campaign. The collaboration is expected to enhance fan interaction while helping both brands connect with India’s rapidly expanding gaming community.

Commenting on the partnership, Animesh Agarwal, Co-founder and CEO of S8UL Esports, said the esports ecosystem in India has evolved significantly in recent years. He noted that the focus has shifted from discussing potential to building globally competitive teams, creating sustainable fan communities and attracting major brand investments. Agarwal added that the association with Campa Energy reflects the growing cultural relevance of esports in India and reinforces a shared vision of taking Indian talent to the global stage.

For Campa Energy, the partnership aligns with its positioning as a brand focused on young consumers who constantly push boundaries and strive for higher achievements. The brand has already begun building its presence in the gaming ecosystem through previous associations with esports and creator-led events. Notably, it was involved with the JioBLAST All Stars vs India tournament, which featured several popular S8UL creators, including Payal Dhare, Raj Varma, and Parv Singh.

The announcement also reflects a broader trend in the industry. According to the FICCI-EY Media and Entertainment Report 2026, the number of brands investing in Indian esports is expected to rise to 80 this year, highlighting the sector’s increasing commercial appeal and mainstream recognition.

The Esports World Cup 2026 will be held in Paris, France, from July 6 to August 23, bringing together more than 2,000 players from 200 clubs across over 100 countries. With a record prize pool exceeding $75 million, the tournament is set to be one of the largest esports events ever staged. Backed by Campa Energy, S8UL will look to strengthen its global presence while carrying Indian esports aspirations onto one of the biggest stages in competitive gaming.
